Danielle Bregoli, aka the "Cash Me Outside" girl, has avoided jail.
The 14-year-old struck a plea deal and got five year's probation instead, according to TMZ. Last month in Florida, the "out of control" teen confessed to marijuana possession, stealing her mom’s purse and car, as well as filing a false report.
Danielle's legal problems came before her appearance on Dr. Phil last September -- where she coined her now famous catchphrase.
