Hollywood is remembering Sam Shepard, the actor and playwright who died Thursday at 73.

Game of Thrones star Nikolaj Coster-Waldau tweeted: “A hero of theatre. A hero of writing. A hero of acting. A hero of mine. Sam Shepard RIP.”
