A woman who claims to have hurt her wrist on a ride at Dolly Parton's amusement park is suing the park for negligence.
Judy Eatherton visited Dollywood last March, but she says her fun was cut short. While exiting an attraction known as the Rockin' Roadway Car Ride, she claims her "foot caught on the side of the ride, causing her to be thrown to the ground."
Judy says her right wrist was fractured during the fall, and she has since "suffered loss of enjoyment of life, and permanent impairments and disabilities" -- $400,000 worth, apparently.
